The End of an Era…
When COVID squeezed the last dying breath out of a decades old pizza chain, who’s only patrons were elderly gamblers, we were tasked with creating something new in its place. We needed a restaurant that would appeal to a younger crowd without alienating the few loyal fans it had left.
Enter Shortcuts
From Farrah Fawcett hair to flared jeans and halter tops, the 70’s are back, and what better way to appease our loyal customers than honor the decade of their youth? Our branding and launch campaign brought the 1970’s to each town Shortcuts was premiering in with full force.
Wall to Wall
Posters to cover the windows while the restaurant locations were undergoing renovation, building excitement over the transformation before the new restaurant was officially announced.
A Shindig for the Ages
A giant disco bash for opening weekend, complete with a used car show, record sale, and bean bag seating.
70’s To the Max
Tricking out the whole town with 70’s vibes to get people stoked for the party and ready to boogie, placing 70’s themed ads in parking lots, the windows of thrift and electronics stores. Even adorning local statues with ascots, all to spread the word— Shortcuts to the 1970’s are coming to town.
